That is also correct. Acetaminophen is the active ingredient in Tylenol (as ibuprophen is the active ingredient in Advil). Many people use Acetaminophen and Tylenol interchangeably (again, as Ibuprophen and Advil are often used interchangeably).   Hydrocodone 5/500 APAP = 5mg Hydrocodone + 500mg Acetaminophen (Vicodin)   Hydrocodone 5/500 ASA = 5mg Hydrocodone + 500mg Asprin (Lortab ASA)   I hope this helps clear up any confusion.
