Maria ,hydrocodone apap 5/500 the 5 is the amount of narcodic , the 500 is the dosage of tylenol. The 500 is not aspirin. You have to be careful taking this because to much tylenol can ruin your liver. Call any pharmacist and they will verify medications and what they are for you. Vicodon is one of the brand names for hydrocodone.
