Yes  there are many inpatient programs for people with eating disorders. At the URL below are two private ones in Sherman Oaks and Santa Barbara.They are undoubtedly very expensive.  I guess the question is will Medicare or Medi-cal pay for them (?).    http://www.newdirectionseatingdisorders.com/   I really don't know what Medi-cal's stance is on that.
