Q: POPPED OUT VEIN BEHIND MY KNEE AND IT HURTS TO WALK

i have a vein that popped out behind my knee and now it hurts to walk, why is that

Peggy its very important when this happens because it can hurt like heck.  Put a bad of ice under the knee and elevate the leg for while because sometimes they can swell.

If it swell that is when you need to really see the doctor because water can accumilate in that area and sometimes it needs to be drain.  A doctor may make you wear a support hose during the day to make it feel better to walk on and take some ibreprophen to take the swelling down.  Make sure to check  with your local doctor.
