Whats next for you is checking out the options and making sure your doctor is up on them. Lots of doctors know of FM but not that many are really up on treating it. There are a wide array of ways to treat FM from drugs like lyrica to sleep medication to the relaxation exercises to lifestyle management. It will probably take time to figure out what works best for you.    Some good sources of information are the FM section on Health Central http://www.healthcentral.com/chronic-pain/fibromyalgia.html  , the National Fibromyalgia Association http://www.fmaware.org/site/PageServer  and books - an excellent book by Sharon Ostaleki recently came out.    Good luck with everything.
