when i fell and got a big wound on my chin I notice a deep hole inside my chin where its not noticeable from the physical appearence but when i got injured there was a hole inside. Is that ok?

That's really something. Did you fall on something that could cause that hole?
I might go to a doctor just to find out how to best take care of that. That hole does mean that bacteria has a pretty straight shot into your system.It may very well be that you should be stitched up. I would see a doctor.
