Tried stretching it and having it pulled to click but it wont.
Going to Chiropractor on 22/12/08 but I have a race on 15/12 and will have to run on it.
How do I get this fixed.
Two possible problems come to mind: 1) a torn extensor tendon in the foot can cause the strong flexor tendon to overpower the toe. 2) Swelling of the flexor tendon can cause it to become stuck (like a trigger finger). Try ice (roll a frozen water bottle along the bottom of the foot), an anti-inflammatory and gentle stretching. Seek the help of a podiatrist if the foot does not improve. Running on an injured foot is a bad idea if you want to run again.
