i take this for my hips and only take occasionally the brand is hydroco generic for lortab 7.5.it eally helps with the pain and cuts it off i don't like taking it but when i get a flare up it works.
Q: how long does a lortab stay in your system if taken every once in awhile the dosage is 7.5?

It should last for approx.4-6 hours depending on your pain level and your bodies tolerance to the medication, and when your in pain you should take the medication before the pain gets bad again, don't wait until your in so much pain you can't walk, because then you have to wait for it to get into your system again
