I have had 2 discectomies and exploritory back surgery in the last 12 weeks. I have been laid up since Feb. I have had a huge weight gain I am hoping its just because I am still sedentary. Has any one else notice a large weight gain for me it is 30 pounds since feb. 10 of wich is since the last...
