I have written a book called,"Pain,Pain, Go Away..." & cannot submit it to the exhibit.How can I?

I have suffered with chronic pain for years. I have written a book on how to deal with it from a patient's perspective. I believe it could help many people. I have had some people I know (& some I don't) read it. They all said it helped them a great deal. I have tried to submit it to agents, but chronic pain is not a "hot" market. I am not looking for money or kudos, I just want it to help people. I cannot be on a computer,so I typed it w/my screen off -because I thought it was that important. How can I submit it to the Chronic Pain exhibit? It won't allow me to and I can't seem to get a response from anyone on how to do it. Thanks for your help!
