Two different problems can lead to pain, numbness and tingling in the feet. First, the blood supply to the feeet could be poor. A good doctor should be able to evaluate for this problem with a good exam that checks the pulse and skin condition. An ultrasound may be need to check further. Second, the nerves can be unhappy in the spine, leg, or even the feet. A good physical exam should be able to pick-up on nerve problems. But, sometimes a special nerve test performed by a neurologist is needed.

The key here is to see a doctor and have the problem evaluated properly.
