Take lyricia and have lidocaine neck patches.
Prescribed zanaflex but can't take
What else should I be doing as hurt alot
Q: Had cervical laminoplasty 1 year ago (C3-C7)-still with alot neck spasms, HA, and neck /shoulder pai
