After a colonoscopy 6 months ago, and 2 months of diahrea, I still have pain in the muscles to the

left of my rectum. I'm not able to sit without pain. The doctor says one of the 3 muscles in my buttocks is tightening up and spasming, and perscribed a cream to reduce blood pressure. What is the cause of this condition? I never had problems with the pain before the...
