I am suffering from Chronic PID from last three years just after my marriage i have only one partne

I am suffering from chronic pain for last three years and i have only one partner? i suffered this disease soon after my marriage. now i ahve two kids a baby girl and baby boy their age is respectively one and half year and 5 months respectively, but doctors were telling me that i am suffering from urine infection and they gave me traetment of urine infection. Emoxil and viginal tablets. but it did not work out. now i changed my dr, and she told me that i have chronic PID. But at teh same time i wanna told you that my husband had already a wife before my marriage. Can you tell me that what should i take as antbiotic? now a days i am using SParaxin Tablets 100mg for three days. my next concern is that please tell me that is it a possibilty that i may be infected by my husband coz he has more then one sexual partner?
