The pain is really bad first thing in the morning when I try to get out of bed. As I start to move around the pain becomes less and less until it is gone completely. I am very active all day with no pain whatsoever. Then in the evening if I sit and watch TV or read a book the pain eventually returns just as bad as it was in the morning. Is this truly sciatica? How long can I expect it to continue, what can I do at home to help acceleate the healing process?
