Havent had the urge or cant stay hard when wanting to have sex.
Q: Can use of oxycodone in high doses permantley cause lack of the urge to have sex?

I believe it can while you are taking it, but once you stop or lower the dose you should have the urge come back.

All opiate type medications will cause males to have extremely low testosterone levels.
If your Dr, has not tested your blood for low testosterone you should ask him to ASAP.
Most drs.seem to fail to mention this when they give out opiates for pain treatment,
Iwent through the exact same thing and now take testosterone shots 2x a month.
