My husband has some knots in his right side knodes biopsies were done

few years back and no cancer was there. He has started back fishing this past few weeks and a huge knot had formed between his neck nodes and shoulder. I am on disability and he fell off a ladder 12' and got hurt bad on the same side company had no insurance private company so we are broke. He also cannot put weight on the right foot which is the same side. We did have the foot X-Rayed but the DR. said he saw no breaks. What is your opinion on this
