Here is a link that will tell you how fibromyalgia is diagnosed:  Fibromyalgia Diagnosis   And here's another articlel that will tell you more about FM and its symptoms:  What is Fibromyalgia?   However, if your only pain is in your legs and feet, it's unlikely that you have FM.  Generally people with FM experience pain in all four quadrants of their bodies.  Some other causes of leg pain that you might ask your doctors about include:   • Restless Legs Syndrome • Vitamin D deficiency • Diabetes • Peripheral neuropathy • Peripheral artery disease • Sciatica
