Q: found pill with 223 imprint

Found a small white pill with 223 on one side and a line down the middle on the other side can anyone tell me what this is?

Are you sure you have the right number. According to one website a pill with a 223 imprint is called Ethex - a form of Codeine with guafenesin - but its a red oblong pill with 223 printed on it.
