No miracle cure yet. Almost in tears today, actually thinking of Assisted Living I am 67 but NO way. It took a couple years to get me sort of stable but I still have pain . I started with sleep meds Trasidone, helped me still now and for 10 years. I take 2-3 vicodan a day, I take 2 lyrica a day and antidepressant.  I tried getting off the Lyrica but it really got worse. You really have to pace yourself on doing anything. Live one day at a time. I am single and have 2 grown kids. Boy lives in Washington my daughter is developmentally disabled and no help. I live in California, whittier to be exact. Cheer up Donna
