Hi,

When I looked up Fugue it says it's some form of amnesia?  If I were you I would make an appointment with the doctor and have him explain exactly what all that stuff is. I've heard of the neuropathy as I've had that, it's usually pain (shocking, pins & needles) caused by nerve damage mostly from Diabetes mine is from a car accident, the carpal tunnel syndrome I've had that twice it's compression of the nerves at the wrist and makes your hands go numb the other stuff never heard of.  Maybe when you have the psych consult he/she can explain what all of that it.  Sounds like the doc has no clear idea what is wrong with you and you would be better off sent to another doctor.

Hope this helps and good luck!
