The first number indicates the amount of hydrocodone and the second number is the amount of acetaminophen.  So Hydrocodone APAP 10-325 has 10 mg of hydrocodone and 325 mg of acetaminophen.  Hydrocodone APAP 5-500 has 5 mg hydrocodone and 500 mg of acetaminophen.
