Q: what is the difference between the 5-325 and the 7.5-325 percocet

5-325 Percocet contains 5 mgs. of oxycodone - the most active element in Percocet - and 7.5-325 contains 7.5 mgs. of oxydone. 7.5-325 Percocet is about 50% stronger.
