I had a stroke & my right side is not right. My right arm constantly hurt. It has been 5 years since

I had a stroke in 2003, why is my arm still hurting? I have taken pill from the Doctor but nothing will make it stop. I can not sleep sometimes because of the pain. My hand is numb, it has no feeing at times. I just want to be back to normal. Please help me !!!!!!!
