According to a Drug Interactions checker at Drugs.com these two drugs have a 'moderate' interaction when taken together. This is because both can depress central nervous and respiratory system activity causing drowsiness, lack of alertness, reduced coordination, etc. and taken in too high of doses they can have drastic effects.

These drugs can be taken together but only under a doctors supervision. Be sure to inform your doctor of all medications and treatments you are taking.
