Need to find a good pain management doctor anyone know of one

I have been going to a pain management doctor in Georgia for chronic neck pain and nerve damage and last week I moved to Alabama.We told our doctor that we would still be coming back each month but since we are self pay traveling up there is gonna cost us a fortune. I am now living in Grand bay Alabama and need to find a good pain management doctor that will keep my medicines the same since i am self pay so if anyone knows of a doctor that has a great bedside manner and wont take me off my medicines since I dont have insurance please let me know. We are going back on the 19th of November then I wont know where to go. I am afraid though that they will take me off my meds because they dont beleive in pain medicine or how the other doctor prescribed them. Please help!Q
