I have had 8 hip operations in ten months, is there anything out there to help with the pain?

I have been told this is as good as it is going to get. This all started as a hip replacement and ended really bad with many infections and the removal of the hip three times including the first surgery. I have terrible chronic pain that never seems to go away. I am only 42 and stuck with a walker for the last year and a half. I need relief from this pain.......
