Q: Is there another name for Percocet, other than Oxycodone?

Found a pill capsule on the bathroom closet floor.  Looks old, but I can still detect the color.  The color is burgandy and the writing on the capsule is v 4206.  I know I have never been prescribed the name "Oxycodone" , but I was prescribed "Percocet" about a year ago.

Just curious if this is a percocet.  Thanks!

Percocet, Qxydocodone, Rocicet and Endocet are all forms of the same drug so. yes, while you were prescribed Percocet you were also taking oxycodone.

Check out the below URL for images of the different forms of this drug - none of which appear to match yours.

A drug called methocarbamol has the imprint 4026  on it but it doesn't appear to have a burgundy color.

It is however used to relieve muscle pain.
