Coming from someone who's been suffering from TMJ it's a posibility. I know I had some dental work done and that made my TMJ worse. I had it before my dental work but when they pulled one of my back teeth I've not been the same. I have headaches, jaw pain, pressure in my face( almost as if I have a sinus infection)ear pain, neck pain,dizziness/balance problems, and it makes my throat hurt ( it feels dry and I have a hard time swallowing). If you have any of these symptoms I would reccomend you see a TMJ specialist. You don't won't to get to the point that I'm at now it really sucks. It is definitly controlling my life. Good luck, and I hope this helps you out.
