This medication appears to be a combination of 100 mg. of propoxyphene napsylate and 650 mg. of acetaminophen. Propoxyphene napsylate is an opioid pain reliever. Acetaminophen is added to improve the effectiveness of the opioid. The combination is prescribed to relieve mild to moderate pain.
