can a morphine pump cause polyarthralgia(pain in joints) and can changing to a different drug help?

I had a morphine pump implanted about 5 months ago and I have been experiancing an ever increasing amount of pain in my hips, knees and ankles joints and recently my neck joint has started making cracking noise like my other joints and pain has started to. I looked up side effects on...
