First of all I am not a doctor . So sorry for you and your PAIN... I am on my 3rd pump and going for #4 in 2 weeks. maybe the pump was not put in right? Maybe Morphine is not good for you.? Did you go to the ... http://www.medtronic.com/ They make the pump that you have. Maybe you can get some info from them. Medtronic will not give you medical info but check out the web page and maybe there is something that may help you. I know if you are having a problem. your doctor can do a test with a Medtronic person with the doctor and find out if the pump is working right. I had it done and they do a good job. They said that my pump is old and I need a new one. I hope this helps. Dont smoke pot cause it will mess you up with the doctors. You can lose your pump and your meds. Unless you are one of the lucky ones that live in one of the 13 states that the doctor can give you a scrip for it. Bacause it does help with pain.. Sad To say I had to stop smoking because I do NOT live in one of the 13 states. I dont want to lose my pump and be in a wheel chair for the rest of my life. I hope this helps..... BEST OF LUCK.
