Q: Why do i have aches and numbness in my toes

Several things could be causing this. If you aches and numbness in all your toes that suggests that some sort of systemic issue is causing this. You should be careful with this symptom because toe and foot problems are often the first symptoms people who are coming down with diabetes experience and diabetes is something that you want to catch early. 

 

This could also simply be due to poor fitting shoes. Most of our foot problems are actually caused by tight fitting shoes that provide poor support and many will actually go away when we get better fitting shoes. 

 

These are just conjectures, however. In order to find out what's going on you need to see a professional; in other words, a doctor.  With diabetes being a possible cause, be sure to do so soon. Good luck!
