Q: How Long Does Ritalin Stay In Your System?

Immediate-release Ritalin can stay in the system from somewhere around 10 to 18 hrs. and extended-release from 15 to 24 hrs.  Of course, how long any medication stays in the body will vary from one person to another based on a number of factors such as age, weight, metabolism, etc.
