What is wrong with me?

Today I woke up with a severe headache, neck pain, lower back pain, and dizziness. My temp was 100.4 and my heart rate was 122 beats per minute. Also my blood pressure was 118/89. I found out my blood pressure and heart rate at my physical theraphy appointment. I felt so sick that I couldnt even do...
