Any suggestions of how to cope everyday with fibromyalgia?

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease and it is a struggle everyday of my life. I am a single mom raising 2 small children and a teenager. I have been in physical therapy , being seeing a rhuematologist frequently, had a hysterectomy last year due to endometriosis and recently had a laproscopy because my righy ovary was twisted around my intestines and suffer from severe cramping everyday of my life still and my ob doctor recently informed me I have to find another doctor because they feel they can no longer  do anything for me. The only thing I have acheived is being accepted in a pain management clinic and am currently getting epidurals for the deg. disc disease and am on 5 mg of oxycodone and that seems to be the only thing that makes my days bearable. What I am asking is has anyone else out there found any other remedies that have helped them cope? Please I need any advice at this time! thank you, living in misery everyday.
