My Truoble and Strife, used to get pains in her breast too at on stage after her first child, and it was worse when a child (ANY child) cried, and this is a common occurance I am told.  If the pain really worries you then you need to make an appointment with your GP, and get it checked out, my wife has now had two children and it still happens some times about a week before she is due to have her period.

I hope that it is nothing, for your sake, but, get it looked at to be SAFE.

Hope you are feeling better.
