I am 21 years old n have recently had this pain in my left breast

I am 21 years old and recently ive had a pain in my left breast that comes and goes throughout the day and last night it felt like a stinging pain or a burning pain instead of the usual pain. Ive had it for nearl a week and have had something like this before when my periods due but i have not come...
