Does anyone know of any doctors in the Seattle area who treat chronic pain compassionately?

I moved to Seattle this month. My previous doctor was successfully treating me with Rx & yoga, while controlling my pain. She gave me only a 30 day supply of my Rx when I moved, in the mistaken belief that I could quickly schedule an appointment with the U of WA's pain clinic. The process has instead been lengthy, complex, & fraught with people who do not do what they say they will do. Because of the university clinic's indifference to the fact that I am running out of Rx, I don't even know if I want to go to that clinic now, but I don't dare start the whole process all over again. Worse, my previous Dr left the practice right after I moved, and I can't get her former staff to place me in contact with her. To top it all, I am self-pay and not rich. Does anyone know of a Seattle Dr or clinic that might see me--and actually prescribe the necessary Rx--before my supply runs out at the end of the month?
