Menieres disease can cause quite a few symptoms. Besides the vertigo that is the hallmark symptom of the disorder Meniere's disease can cause several symptoms that are associated with pain such as headaches and abdominal discomfort. Some of the symptoms it causes such as nausea, diarrhea, tinnitus and feeling of fullness in the ear are certainly discomforting if not what we usually associate with 'pain'.

The National Institute on Deafness and Communication Disorders provides some ideas of how to treat Meniere's Disease.

Menieres.org has message boards, etc. you can use to communicate with other people with Meniere's. There's also the Meniere's Disease Information Center. Good luck!
