Q: i have chronic fibromyalgia syndrome,zollinger ellisson syndrome,endometriosis,pernicious anaenia et

i also suffer from chronic fibromyalgia syndrome , severe anxiety disorder, endometriosis, pernicious anaemia underactive thyroid and several other illnesses but i'm not sure of there names is there a possiblity i could have an auto immune illness such as lupus?

Do you mean that these diseases have all been misdiagnosed and what you really have is lupus? I'm not a doctor that's  for sure. Lupus causes a lot of different symptoms and can be hard to diagnose. There are 11 criteria for lupus one of which is a positive ANA test. If you don't have that you probably don't have lupus and you've probably been tested for that by now.
