More women than men have FM but substantial numbers of men have it also. Be careful about subscribing symptoms to FM (or CFS) without having a doctor check them out - studies have shown that substantial numbers of CFS patients have undiagnosed ailments.   FM can cause all sorts of pain but it may not be causing your heel pain.
