what pill is about the size of the large round methoadone but it totally orange with NO markings?

Since there are thousands of different medications and each manufacturer's version is different, I have no way of knowing what medication it might be – especially since there are no markings on the tablet. My best suggestion would be to take it to your pharmacist and ask if he/she can identify it.
