Will a pain pump possibly help my neuropathy--SCS trial is not working for me

I have idiopathic neuropathy in both feet. I had one Achilles tendon replaced, one repaired and now severe nerve entrapment in one foot. I also have degenerative discs and spinal stenosis. I am in the middle of a trial for a spinal cord stimulator and it is NOT working for me. I feel like my...
