Be very careful before going for a Pain Pump. I have had one for 8 long months and it was the worst decision of my entire life. (I am 77). None of the meds worked including the mich vaunted Prialt and they all made me deathly ill; despite the conventional wisdom that the drugs are only given in such small doses as to not cause side effects. It might work for you but do be very careful I am going to have mine removed soon but my Dr isn't happy about this' he wants me to keep in "just in case" he should have to live with it. Good luck.
