Q: should I worry if rhemetory noduels develope in more areas, and are painfull?

I have had two r. noduels located in my lower back, one next to my spine the other towards my hip.

I have developed more since then next to the t-spine and also at the base of my c-spine.

I have migraines no appetite and severe chronic pain.

There is also a "lump" next to my collar bone and one in throat area of my neck.
