Q: Heel & footpain for over 3 years ( Diabetic)

I have footpain for approx.3 years.Perhaps it started because of long hours working from 6.30am to 11.00pm.At first there was heel pain and foot burning in a closed shoes. So I started wearing jandles with insoles which were comfortable but the pain existed.

Now I have both heels and ball of foot in great pain.I am a diabetic and in control.I feel so relaxed when I rest my foot on a high stool, the pain goes away for a little while. If I slightly squeeze the side of the heel it is very painful.I have used (Voltaren) Viclosenac Sodium, & Kenacort A (Injection), & Prednisone (Steroid) tablets but none worked except Kenacort A was okay for a week.My foot circulation is okay. Now I have pains in the calf muscles as well perhaps due to prolong pain. I am wearing asic gel footwear with insoles but pain still exists.Walking bare foot is almost difficult except on carpets.
