why do i have suchsevere neck and lower back pain plus lump in lower back right above my pelvic bone

im 28 and have had severe pain for 3 years now in my neck and lower back that radiates down my right arm and leg all the right side which is weird to me because left side is fine i aslo have this painful lump in my lower back right side right above my pelvis i can move the lump i cant...
