I had a fracture in my L5-S1 microdiscectomy in my L2-L4. I cracked my back by accident.

I'm 22 years old and i can't afford to be in this kind of situation. I"ve been pain free for months and since my back cracked a week ago, i haven't been able to walk right, sleep right, or so anything without it being in pain. I don't know what to do. Is it possible that one of the screws got loose and i need another surgery or is it maybe that i just need to rest more and it'll go away. I'm desperate to get rid of this because i don't have insurance and I don't have a job so there is no way that I would be able to pay for this.

I understand you not wanting to go to the doctor since you don't have insurance, but I'm afraid there's no way of knowing what happened to your back without seeing your doctor.

If you can manage to pay for one appointment, be sure to ask your doctor's office if he gives a discount for paying cash.  Many doctors do.  If you need further treatment, perhaps your doctor can suggest options to help you out.  If worse comes to worse, you may have to go to the hospital emergency room.  They are required to treat you whether or not you have insurance.
