about 3 weeks ago as i was walking i had a sharp pain in both of my. ankles, knees, and hip . I was stopped in my tracks.  Like a knife cutting into me. I felt something on the front of me inside break and it felt like it unwinded on both sides.  I went to the drs.  and he didnt know what it was.  I feel very dry inside and i think that is why it still aches when i get up and walk.  I dont know who to go to for this problem can you offer some advise.  Thank you

Two possibilities come to mind that you might want to look into.  The first is dehydration.  Are you drinking lots of water – not just liquids, but pure water?  If not, try that for awhile and see if it helps.

The other is Sjogren's syndrome, which is an autoimmune disorder.  Here's a link to more info on Sjogren's:  http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/sjogrens-syndrome/DS00147

I hope you're able to figure out what is going on.
